remove the first letter, now we can read from right to left and left to right, it spells the same

Abdul Muyeed alias Shahab, is correct.

Even Dhrubajyoti Ray is partially correct because the letters are symmetric against middle letter. So if you place the first letter at the end and read it backward it will sound the same.

According to me everyone's observation is correct but just need to think bit wider and could have reached to answer.

Remove the first letter,and the word is the same read from both of the ends...

If you shift the first letter last and read the word backwords its the same.

You remove 1st letter of each word and see, you will find that word is symmetric against middle letter..
